Gordon Dining & Event Center Renovation https://working.wisc.edu/gordon-dining-event-center-renovation/ https://working.wisc.edu/gordon-dining-event-center-renovation/#respond Wed, 11 Mar 2026 13:33:12 +0000 https://working.wisc.edu/?p=11774 Last week, University Housing began a 7-month renovation of the Gordon Dining & Event Center to expand seating capacity, improve customer flow, and upgrade the dish room. This will include a remodel of the Flamingo Run convenience store and changes to some entrances. Gordon will remain open through the spring semester, but customers may notice some construction noise and disruption, and the market will temporarily switch to paper plates and disposables while the dish room is offline. The project is expected to be completed before students arrive for the fall 2026 semester.
