March 19, 2025 |  |  | Benefits Fair Brings Employee Resources to Union SouthAll UW–Madison employees are encouraged to visit the Benefits and Resource Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Union South. The fair provides an opportunity to meet with benefits representatives, discover campus resources, and attend presentations on topics such as investment basics, budgeting, and planning for retirement. Informational seminars on the 2018 UW benefits package will be held 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., 2-3:30 p.m., and 5-6:30 p.m. Representatives will be on hand to help employees enroll in benefits online via Self Service (eBenefits). No leave needs to be taken to attend the Benefits Fair, and pre-registration is not required. For details, visit benefits.wisc.edu/fair.  |  |  |  | Deadline Near to Earn $150 Well Wisconsin IncentiveThe Well Wisconsin incentive, administered by StayWell, is a feature of the State Group Health Insurance program. Employees and spouses or domestic partners enrolled in the program are eligible for a $150 incentive. To qualify, the following steps must be completed before Oct. 20: Step 1— Have a health screening and submit the results to StayWell. Step 2—Take the StayWell health assessment at the StayWell website. University Housing and the Wisconsin Union have partnered with Tapingo to provide easy online ordering of food and drinks for pick-up through a free mobile app. The app notifies users when their orders are ready at the Tapingo Express pick-up area at each location. The online ordering service will cover Housing and Union locations across campus. A $0.59 fee is charged for each Tapingo order. Tapingo can also connect to a Wiscard account for payment, creating a seamless ordering experience where students, faculty, and staff can take advantage of some of their usual discounts on food.  |  |  |  | Faculty and Staff Breakfast at Alumni ParkKick off UW–Madison Homecoming week with a free continental breakfast for faculty and staff on Monday, Oct. 16, 8–10 a.m. at One Alumni Place, 650 North Lake Street. Drop in to see the new Alumni Park and One Alumni Place. The breakfast is open to all faculty and staff; no registration is required.
