Some campus roadways will be one-way only and used primarily for residence hall move-in traffic August 24–27. On August 28, thousands of visitors are expected for Thursday evening Badger football. Ongoing construction projects will also affect travel for pedestrians, bikes, buses, and motorists as the fall semester begins. Commuters are advised to expect delays and plan ahead. The launch of Cybersecurity Awareness Training in Workday, originally scheduled for August 15, has been postponed due to unexpected software updates. The Office of Cybersecurity is working with the training software vendor to resolve the issues. Employees (including student employees) who must complete training will be notified in Workday when the training becomes available. Faculty and staff have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to upcoming football games at Camp Randall Stadium on Aug. 28, Sept. 6, Nov. 8, and Nov. 22. Tickets are offered at $20 off the single game ticket prices and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to purchase tickets is Wednesday at 4 p.m. on the week of each game, or when the supply is exhausted.

University employee bus passes must be renewed by August 31. Renewed passes will remain valid through August 31, 2026. Round 3 parking offers must be purchased by August 26, and Round 4 applications will be accepted through August 26. For more information, go to transportation.wisc.edu.
