March 21, 2025 |  |  | Updates to Vaccine Eligibility and Appointment OptionsBeginning March 15, employees are now using their MyUHS account to access COVID-19 vaccine eligibility information and appointment options. Employees will log in to the UHS portal at go.wisc.edu/myuhscovidvax using their NetID and password and their date of birth. This week, UHS is expanding appointments to all non-student employees working in person. A virtual Town Hall will be held on Thursday, March 18, from noon to 1 p.m. Campus experts will discuss vaccine efforts at UW–Madison, including eligibility in the campus community and the next steps to get faculty, staff, and students vaccinated. Showcase is a free annual event highlighting innovations and improvements on campus. This year’s event is all-virtual, and it will include all the features of the traditional in-person event: a poster exhibition, breakout sessions, poster flash talks, a keynote presentation, and an opportunity to network with colleagues. The deadline to register is April 7 at 5 p.m. For more information, visit showcase.wisc.edu.  |  |  |  | Partners in Giving Thanks Donors and VolunteersThe Partners in Giving campaign held a virtual event on Tuesday, March 9, to thank its volunteers and donors. In the “Stronger, Together” campaign, 4,500 state, UW–Madison and UW Health employees pledged over $2.1 million to 11 umbrella charities and the 520 member charities they represent. A three-minute video recognizes the volunteers and those who contributed to this year’s campaign. Contributions can still be made to this year’s campaign through May 15. To support Partners in Giving, go to giving.wi.gov and click on the Donate Now button.  |  |  |  | Financial Planning Workshop for EmployeesUW Credit Union is offering a free online workshop, “Your Spending and Saving Plan,” to UW–Madison employees on March 24 at 5 p.m. Participants will learn how to create a budget and financial plan based on their unique situation. Resources for managing personal and family finances will be provided. Registration is required and can be done up until the time the workshop starts.
