March 15, 2025 |  |  | Employee Benefits and Resource Fair Helps You Understand Your OptionsThe Employee Benefits and Resource Fair will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. at Union South. All UW–Madison employees are encouraged to attend. You can attend a seminar to learn about your benefits options for 2020 and meet with benefits representatives. Get help enrolling in benefits using Self Service (eBenefits). A variety of campus resources will be featured at the event, and presentations on personal finance and retirement topics will be offered. On-site flu shots will also be available for UW–Madison employees; remember to bring your insurance card. The event is free and on a drop-in basis, so you may come and go throughout the day as your schedule permits. No leave needs to be taken to attend this event.  |  |  |  | TTC Project to Host Open Q&A SessionsThe Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Team is holding open question-and-answer sessions at the Employee Benefits and Resource Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 8. TTC representatives will be available in the Marquee Theater on the second floor of Union South from 11 a.m. to noon and 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. Employees are invited to drop in and get answers to their questions regarding the TTC project. TTC is a campus-wide initiative to attract, reward and retain university employees by creating a market-informed pay and benefits structure. Labs are held on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. The labs are provided by DoIT Academic Technology.  |  |  |  | Wisconsin Union Dining Options Now Available through GrubhubThe campus community and visitors can now order many Wisconsin Union food and beverages, including Strada, Sett Pub and Rathskeller menu items, for pick-up or delivery through Grubhub. The Wisconsin Union’s previous order-ahead and delivery vendor, called Tapingo, has been acquired by Grubhub. Effective immediately, Wisconsin Union dining options are available through the Grubhub website and app.  |  |
