March 17, 2025 | | | July Forums Will Update Employees on the Title and Total Compensation ProjectAll UW–Madison employees are invited to attend informational forums about the Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project in July. These forums will provide new information, so even employees who have attended previous forums are encouraged to attend. Attendees will learn about progress to date, next steps, and how the project will impact them in the future. Time will be allocated to questions and answers. Sessions will be held at various locations around campus on Tuesday, July 9, and Thursday, July 11. One daytime session on July 9 and one late-night session on July 11 will be facilitated in multiple languages. Advance registration is not required. Visit go.wisc.edu/ttcproject to learn more. | | | | New Road Closures and Detours Begin Next WeekConstruction projects will result in new road closures and detours on campus beginning Monday, June 24. The start date is tentative and subject to change based on weather or other factors. Linden Drive from Babcock Drive to Henry Mall will be closed to two-way traffic for a storm drain repair. The Dayton Street utility replacement project will result in the closure of two westbound lanes from the Sellery loading dock area up to the Dayton Street/N. Park Street intersection. Lot 8 and the drive to the Limnology building will close for approximately two months for a lift station repair project. For the latest updates, including a map of campus road closures and detours, please visit the Transportation Services website at transportation.wisc.edu. | | | | New Way to Request Services from FP&MFacilities Planning & Management is introducing a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) based on software from Assetworks. The system will streamline and enhance many processes and transform the way FP&M provides service to campus customers. Requests for services from FP&M—whether it be a work order, a renovation project, or another service—will use the new system. Services may be requested online, via email, or by telephone. | | | | Event Submissions Invited for Alumni CatalogThe Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) is preparing a catalog of upcoming campus events that will be distributed to all UW–Madison alumni living in or near Dane County. The catalog will promote events that are scheduled for September 5 –November 30, 2019, and are open to all alumni. Campus units are invited to submit events for consideration through July 15. The catalog is part of RE Wisconsin, an initiative designed to encourage alumni and friends to engage with UW. | |
