April 11, 2026 | | | LinkedIn Learning now integrated with Workday LearningThe LinkedIn Learning catalog is now integrated with Workday Learning. To access LinkedIn Learning, employees should log into Workday. To find courses, choose > Learning > Topics > LinkedIn Learning. The LinkedIn Learning account integrated with Workday is not the same account that UW–Madison employees have been using in the past.
Most UW–Madison employees will lose access to the previous version of LinkedIn Learning on Dec. 1, 2025. Employees with existing LinkedIn Learning accounts who want to keep their learning history must connect their previous LinkedIn account to their personal LinkedIn profile before Dec. 1, 2025. Their learning history from the previous version will then be displayed in the new version of LinkedIn Learning. Any courses completed in the new version of LinkedIn Learning will appear in both the employee’s history and their Workday Learning transcript. | | | | Partners in Giving: Build a Better Tomorrow TogetherThe 2025–26 Partners in Giving campaign is still underway.
