Employees are now able to review their 2024 Benefit Confirmation Statement in MyUW. To view the Confirmation Statement, go to MyUW > Benefit Information > Benefit Enrollment Confirmation Statements > 2024 Benefit Enrollment Confirmation Issued Nov 30, 2023. This is a good time to review the 2024 Confirmation Statement and make sure your benefits enrollments are those you elected or confirmed during the annual benefits enrollment period in October. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to benefits@ohr.wisc.edu as soon as possible, or ask your local human resources contact for assistance.

Call for proposals: 2024 Teaching & Learning Symposium

The 2024 Teaching and Learning Symposium on May 16, “Shaping the Future,” will highlight innovative teaching and learning practices and technologies and spark discussion about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Conference organizers are inviting proposals for presentations and posters that highlight learning across campus and improve the student experience. The conference brings together faculty, staff, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. Proposals are due by Jan. 19, 2024.

Changes to the MFA-Duo service coming in January

Early next year, UW–Madison will update the Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) service. After the update, you might notice that the Duo security prompt looks different. The new authentication experience, called the Duo Universal Prompt, is designed to be simpler and faster than the current service. Learn about five changes coming in the refreshed Duo prompt in 2024.
