The OEAP team is looking to further engage employees at topic-specific deep dive sessions focused on individual OEAP work streams, including the HR and finance operating model (May 5), position management (May 18), and travel and expense audit (May 21). The sessions are open to all members of the UW–Madison community and registration is not required. Each virtual session will begin with a brief overview presentation, followed by open discussion and Q&A.  |  |  |  | Chancellor farewell on the Terrace May 14All members of the campus community are invited to a send-off for Chancellor Mnookin as she heads to New York to become the next president of Columbia University. The farewell will take place on the Memorial Union Terrace on Thursday, May 14, 2–4 p.m., with free ice cream and popcorn, plus a special goodbye from Bucky Badger and the UW Marching Band. In case of inclement weather, the event will move indoors.  |  |  |  | Notification of mandatory training due dates in WorkdayEmployees will be notified of the dates they must complete any mandatory training courses in Workday. These include required compliance trainings such as Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Prevent Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence at UW–Madison training, and any other trainings that may be assigned on a regular basis. Thirty days ahead of the due date, employees will receive a notification in Workday and via email to complete any required training. Employees should wait until they receive these notifications to complete the training in Workday.  |  |
