Employees must report leave as it is taken, or enter a “No Leave Taken” at the end of the month. Missing leave reports must be entered by June 30, 2023, for fiscal year July 2022 through June 2023. Failure to submit leave for fiscal year 2023 by Sept. 30 will result in a permanent reduction of sick leave hours. Employees with missing leave reports receive email notification and may also check for missing leave reports at any time in MyUW. Employees should ensure that they do not have any missing leave reports. In addition, June 30 is the deadline for Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees to request a swap in the type of leave used to another type of leave. Employees with questions should contact the human resources department in their college, school, or division with questions. | | | | Free course helps employees develop presentation skillsThe ability to engage an audience can be an important skill for leaders and others. These replace the old brand fonts, Verlag and Vitesse. All campus websites using Verlag and Vitesse for web copy must transition from those fonts by June 30, when the campuswide license for Verlag and Vitesse expires. Guidance on how to use the new fonts is provided. A number of resources have been updated with the new brand fonts, including PowerPoint templates, branded email banners, letterhead templates, and more. Templates are available at brand.wisc.edu. | |
