March 22, 2025 |  |  | Individual Counseling Sessions on Supplemental Retirement ProgramRepresentatives of TIAA and Fidelity will be holding one-on-one counseling sessions for UW employees at Union South on the UW‒Madison campus in February and March. These counseling sessions are a free service available to participants in the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) as well as those considering participation. A counseling session does not obligate you to open an account with any provider. Limited appointment times are available to meet with a TIAA representative on campus on February 21, 22 and 23. Fidelity is scheduling appointments at Union South on February 27‒28, as well as March 1‒3 and 7‒8. (Select “In-Person” appointment type and then choose “Madison campus” as the location.) Virtual consultations are available by appointment throughout the year. The Celebration of Leadership will feature programming related to the newly validated Leadership Framework, the launch of the Online Leadership Self-Assessment, Engaged Leaders through Employment, music, improv, and displays by campus partners.
