March 26, 2025 |  |  | TTC Project Goes into Effect Fall 2021The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project will re-engage campus to implement the new job title structure in the fall of 2021. As part of the project, employees will continue conversations with their manager or human resources department to confirm their job title and position description. Some employees may have had conversations in each school, college, and division. All conversations will be complete by early fall. Over the last several months, the project has matched job titles to the market, developed a new salary structure, collaborated with the human resources community and begun to re-engage shared governance partners. Your Badger Badge in the Safer Badgers app will remain green/Building Access Granted unless you report symptoms or test positive for COVID-19. Individuals vaccinated by University Health Services do not need to submit proof of vaccination for this exemption. If you have been vaccinated off campus, you must submit proof of vaccination. Participants learn skills that can help them contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Topics include navigating times of change, active listening, building trusting work relationships, identifying and reducing bias, managing stress, and developing a growth mindset to solve challenging problems. Six different virtual courses are offered and each may be taken individually. Registration is required.
