A new Workday tile will replace the Time and Absence, Personal Information, Manager Time and Approval, HRS Approvals used by supervisors, and Payroll Information tiles. Employees do not need to add the Workday tile as it will automatically update in MyUW. Some self-service functions will be unavailable at the end of the day on June 14 so that the transition to Workday can be completed. This information can be updated using the Personal Information tile. At the end of the day on June 14, your personal information will move to a read-only status in the Human Resources System (HRS). You will be able to see the information in HRS, but not make updates until July 7, 2025, when all Universities of Wisconsin employees begin using Workday. The deadline to review and update direct deposit payroll information and federal and state W-4 forms via the Payroll Information tile in MyUW is June 30, 2025.  |  |  |  | Late-night employee recognition event on May 14UW–Madison is hosting a special event to recognize second- and third-shift employees on Wednesday, May 14, 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the Lake Mendota room at Dejope Residence Hall. All employees are welcome. Employees can attend during work hours without loss of pay.
