2026 WRS Annual Statement of Benefits now available

If you were covered by the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) in 2025, your WRS Annual Statement of Benefits is now available. The statement includes your 2025 earnings, retirement benefit projections, primary beneficiary designation(s) for your WRS account, and more. To view your statement, log in to Workday. Go to Personal > Benefits and Pay > Suggested Links > My Benefits. My Benefits for Members will open in a new web page, with login required. Once logged in, go to My Annual Statement of Benefits. (Employees who are logging in to My Benefits for the first time will need to set up an account in My Benefits.) For help understanding your statement, see How to Read My Statement of Benefits. If you have questions, please contact your human resources office.

Administrative Quality Satisfaction Survey (AQSS) open

All faculty, staff, postdocs, and graduate assistant employees are encouraged to take the AQSS survey and should have received an email with a survey link on April 8. UW–Madison is interested in your experience with administrative services, including human resources (HR), research administration, and information technology (IT). Previous survey results in 2024 informed communication strategies with Workday, led the campus to conduct a comprehensive Transportation Demand Management study, and provided analyses to support administrative efforts within schools, colleges, and divisions.

Registration is now open for professional development courses being offered by Learning and Talent Development through December. Employees have access to a variety of no-cost courses and programs designed to enhance individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. Learn more and register on the web page for each course. Webinar builds understanding of autism

LifeMatters and the Employee Assistance Office are offering a virtual webinar on Autism, Tuesday, April 21, noon‒1 p.m. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) refers to a group of neurodevelopment disorders that affect how people communicate, learn, behave, and socially interact. This educational overview will provide information on symptoms that may indicate ASD, treatments for managing ASD symptoms, and supporting children with ASD. The webinar is offered at no cost to all UW‒Madison employees. Register online to receive the Zoom link.
