I learned how to be more confident in myself and my leadership abilities - that not fitting the status quo of what a "leader" looks like does not mean that I cannot also lead. I now better understand what qualities make an effective, motivating, inclusive leader, and I hope to use the skills I've learned to better support my team, even without being in a titled leadership position.
