Accept Round 1 Parking Offers, Apply for Round 2 by August 6

Parking offers for those who submitted a 2019–20 parking application before June 8 were emailed July 12–18. These offers must be accepted and purchased by Tuesday, Aug. 6 or the offer expires. Some employees who completed an application were not offered a permit during round one. If you did not receive an email offering you parking, you were added to a waiting list and may get an offer in a future round. Those who missed the first round of applications can apply July 12–August 6. Offers for the second application period will be processed August 8. 2019–20 bus passes and motorcycle, moped, afternoon and night permits go on sale August 1. TTC Project Forum Now Available on Video

A video of the Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project July informational forum is now available online. All employees are encouraged to watch the video, particularly those who were unable to attend a forum or would like another review of the material. This project update includes information on how the TTC Project benefits your UW–Madison career, how it helps the university become a model employer, and how compensation will be determined in the future. ALRA Banked Leave Eligibility and Deadline

Faculty, Academic Staff and Limited Appointees who complete 10 years or 25 years of continuous service by June 30, 2019 are eligible to bank vacation hours on July 1, 2019. An employee is first eligible to bank up to 40 hours of vacation at the start of the 11th fiscal year of employment and is allowed to bank up to 80 hours of vacation at the start of the 26th fiscal year of employment. Employees should enter their ALRA conversion hours for fiscal year 2018–2019 by August 30, 2019. To check on your eligibility, go to MyUW and launch the “Time and Absence” module to view your July leave report. If you are eligible, go to “Request Absence” to enter hours you would like to convert to banked leave. If you need assistance, please contact your local human resources representative.

Campus Art Exchange Hosts Exhibition

The Campus Art Exchange will exhibit new acquisitions August 2–September 13, 2019 in Gallery 1308 at Union South . An opening reception will be held on Friday, Aug. 2 from 6 to 7 p.m. The Campus Art Exchange is an innovative program that provides fine art from the campus collection for public display in UW–Madison buildings at little or no cost.
