UW Bulk Mail Center Closing Permanently

Due to budget concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UW–Madison Bulk Mail service will close permanently on May 15. Bulk Mail employees will be reassigned to different jobs on campus. This closure will likely cause a temporary disruption to workflow for some employees in your area while we identify a long-term solution. DoIT Digital Publishing and Printing (DPPS) will provide printing and assist with the coordination of bulk mail solutions for the campus in the meantime.

Customers wishing to send a bulk mail order should work with DPPS directly. Please email printing@doit.wisc.edu to set up a mailing consultation so the team can best support your needs. Campus is exploring potential service providers to serve as a long-term replacement for bulk mail processing services. The Division of Business Services will soon begin gathering business requirements and will reach out to campus departments as further input is required. Please direct any questions about interim solutions to printing@doit.wisc.edu.
