Staff Climate Survey Invites Feedback

UW–Madison is committed to creating a community where every person feels safe, valued, like they belong, and set up for success. Staff members are invited to share feedback about their experience at UW–Madison by taking the 2022 Staff Climate Survey. The survey includes questions about workplace environment, work unit, relationship with one’s supervisor, remote work policy, and more. Permanent academic staff, university staff, limited appointees who do not hold a faculty appointment, and post-docs received a link to the survey via email on Tuesday, April 12.     The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and respondents may start the survey and return to it later. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Hmong, Tibetan, Chinese, and Nepali. Paper surveys will be available on request and at in-person, daytime and late-night help sessions on April 20, 21, 26 and 27. The UW Survey Center is administering the survey. Responses are confidential and will never be shared in a way that could identify individual respondents. The survey will be open until May 3, 2022.
