N. Charter Street is currently closed to two-way traffic between W. Johnson Street and University Avenue between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Vehicles should use N. Mills Street, N. Orchard Street, or another parallel street instead. In addition, multiple campus milling and repaving projects are scheduled for October 1–4, weather permitting. This includes a section of Observatory Drive from Washburn Observatory to Park Street. Eastbound traffic will close starting at Elizabeth Waters Residence Hall.
