Faculty, Academic Staff and Limited Appointees who complete 10 years or 25 years of continuous service by June 30, 2019 are eligible to bank vacation hours on July 1, 2019. An employee is first eligible to bank up to 40 hours of vacation at the start of the 11th fiscal year of employment and is allowed to bank up to 80 hours of vacation at the start of the 26th fiscal year of employment. Employees should enter their ALRA conversion hours for fiscal year 2018–2019 by August 30, 2019. To check on your eligibility, go to MyUW and launch the “Time and Absence” module to view your July leave report.
