Attend a Job Description Orientation Session
All UW–Madison employees are encouraged to attend a Title and Total Compensation Study Job Description Orientation session the week of April 23. These sessions will introduce the job description process and prepare employees for their role in the process. Employees will work with their managers or supervisors to review their job descriptions this summer and early fall. The study will result in job titles and pay ranges that are comparable to those at similar organizations, as well as clear career paths for employees.
