Community and campus events for Bike Week

Madison Bike Week is June 3‒10, and local bike advocacy organizations Madison Bikes and Wisconsin Bike Fed have published calendars of this year’s community events. The University Bicycle Resource Center (UBRC), located on the UW‒Madison campus, is offering a free class on How to Plan a Bicycle Route on Thursday, June 8, noon‒1 p.m. Registration is not required. Open to the campus community and visitors, the UBRC provides a do-it-yourself space for bike tune-ups and bike classes. The University Bicycle Resource Center is located in the Helen C. White Garage (Lot 6), in the northeast corner of the ground level of the parking garage. Eleven air and repair stations, which are free for anyone to use, are located across campus. Visit transportation.wisc.edu to learn more.
