Construction Update for Charter Street Area
The plan for construction at Charter Street between University and Lathrop has been updated. Charter Street is now expected to partially reopen, with one lane of traffic each way, on Monday, Jan. 31. Some pedestrian routes are expected to reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 25. The project will run through March and continue to affect auto, bus, bicycle, and pedestrian travel.
