UW–Madison provides grants for academic staff to attend certain noncredit courses offered by the Division of Continuing Studies at no cost. The program invites academic staff to take courses on topics in leadership development, business management, training and development, career planning, and diversity and inclusion. The grant program is funded by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, working in partnership with the Professional Development and Recognition Committee.
