Deadline Near to Earn $150 Well Wisconsin Incentive
The Well Wisconsin incentive, administered by StayWell, is a feature of the State Group Health Insurance program. Employees and spouses or domestic partners enrolled in the program are eligible for a $150 incentive. To qualify, the following steps must be completed before Oct. 20: Step 1— Have a health screening and submit the results to StayWell.
