Employee self-identification invitation message updated
Recently, UW System updated the invitation message for employee self-identification in MyUW at my.wisc.edu. The new message states that the self-identification information “will also be used to assess and improve our affirmative action and workforce diversity efforts.” This update does not change the confidentiality of the self-identification information. The information will not be kept in your employment files or records and will not be used to make employment decisions. Submission of this information is voluntary.
