Enrollment Open for Fully Prepared to Lead
The Fully Prepared to Lead series offers no-cost professional development to help UW–Madison employees improve their leadership skills. Leadership is defined by your actions and behaviors to help effect positive change and is not defined by your formal position or authority. Classes can be taken in any order and you may take as many or as few as you like. Register for individual sessions or complete a Certificate of Leadership Competency.
