On April 10, the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) published changes aimed at improving customers’ experience. ETF has discontinued walk-in service appointments, which means members will need to schedule an appointment in order to meet with a Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) benefits specialist within ETF versus just dropping in.
