Units will continue to offer workplace flexibility to employees when possible and appropriate. Workplace flexibilities may include remote work, alternative work weeks, variable hours, reassignment, and other options, implemented wherever feasible. The university also offers a number of leave options for employees, and details are available at hr.wisc.edu/covid19/leave. Employees with family caregiving concerns are encouraged to speak with their supervisor, department chair, or local human resources contact regarding their options.
