Family Caregiving Resources for Employees

UW–Madison is aware that some employees may be balancing work and family caregiving responsibilities due to the impacts of the ongoing pandemic. Units will continue to offer workplace flexibility to employees when possible and appropriate. Workplace flexibilities may include remote work, alternative work weeks, variable hours, reassignment, and other options, implemented wherever feasible.
