Get Moving on #ActiveBadger Day

The Division of Recreational Sports (Rec Sports) is teaming up with a variety of partners to offer a full day of activities on campus on Friday, Feb. 28. Events begin at 7 a.m. and last into the evening. Activities include yoga, fitness classes, special meals, and a presentation on “Mind-Body Skills to Foster Optimal Health” at 8:30 a.m. at DeJope Residence Hall. A Workplace Workout, highlighting exercises that can be done at one’s desk, is scheduled for noon at Grainger Hall, room 3190. Advance registration is requested for most events.
