Hostile and Intimidating Behavior (HIB) Policy and Process Training is available at no cost to all UW–Madison faculty and staff. In this 90-minute online workshop, participants will work with scenarios and case studies to understand and identify key features of hostile and intimidating behavior. Participants will also discuss their responsibilities and options when they hear about or experience incidents of hostile and intimidating behavior, and what they can do to prevent it before it happens. Participants will review UW–Madison HIB policies and campus resources.
