How to Earn Your $150 Well Wisconsin Incentive
Employers, retirees, and their spouses currently enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance plan are eligible for an annual $150 wellness incentive. In order to earn the incentive, participants must complete a health screening, the StayWell health assessment, and one Well Wisconsin well-being activity. A new activity this year is the Sleep Well Challenge. Create or log into your account to schedule an onsite health screening and complete your health assessment, or call the StayWell Helpline if you do not have access to a computer.
