The UW Tax-Sheltered Annuity (TSA) 403(b) Program is a voluntary, supplemental retirement savings program that allows employees to invest a portion of their income on a pre-tax basis, after-tax (Roth) basis, or a combination of both. A one-on-one counseling session with a financial representative can help you learn about the TSA program. Sessions are offered on several dates in November at Union South and Memorial Union.
