As part of the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), UW‒Madison will be transitioning to Workday, a cloud-based software platform that will streamline and simplify administrative processes. The virtual Workday Walkthrough on Thursday, Nov. 9, 3‒4 p.m., will demonstrate how employees, managers, and human resources professionals will navigate and participate in the performance review process. Workday will also enable employees to share education, certifications, awards, and additional talent information in their Career Profile. This session is appropriate for those who track performance and employees who receive or conduct performance reviews. Workday Walkthroughs are an introduction to Workday; they are not training.
