Meditation Classes on Campus

Meditation increases concentration, enhances mental clarity, and helps induce positive states of relaxation and well-being. Meditation classes open to all are held noon–12:45 p.m. on Tuesdays at 21 N. Park Street, room 7045 and noon–12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays at Union South (check Today in the Union, or TITU, for room). These classes introduce the general principles and benefits of meditation. Students will practice different types of meditation. All classes are free and open to students, faculty, and staff. No registration is required.
