Mentorship can provide feedback, personalized guidance, and an expanded professional network. A variety of mentorship programs across campus connect mentors and mentees, creating partnerships that support professional growth. Learning and Talent Development also offers a self-paced course for mentors and mentees, Creating Meaningful Mentoring Relationships. All mentorship resources are available to UW employees at no cost.
