All UW–Madison employees are encouraged to attend a Title and Total Compensation Study Job Description Orientation Session. Due to strong interest, additional sessions have been scheduled on May 7, 9:30–10:45 a.m. and 1:00–2:15 p.m. at Gordon Dining and Event Center and on May 11, 10:30–11:45 a.m. at the Health Sciences and Learning Center. These sessions will introduce the job description process and prepare employees for their role in the process. The study will result in job titles and pay ranges that are competitive with our higher education peers and local organizations we compete with for talent.
