As part of the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), UW‒Madison will be transitioning to Workday, a cloud-based software platform that will streamline and simplify administrative processes. A new video series provides an overview of what will change when Workday goes live in July 2025. This month’s video, “What’s Changing with Workday Data and Reporting,” demonstrates how employees will be able to complete business processes and run reports in Workday. Previous months’ videos provide an overview of security roles and access, as well as an introduction to Workday supervisory organizations and cost center hierarchies.
