As part of the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), UW‒Madison will be transitioning to Workday, a cloud-based software platform that will streamline and simplify administrative processes. Alongside the Workday implementation, ATP is building the Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP). The EAP will store decades of legacy data, as well as new information generated in Workday. A new video, What’s Changing with EAP Data and Reporting, provides an overview of how Universities of Wisconsin data will be stored and made accessible for future analysis and reporting. Previous months’ videos available online provide an overview of key business processes that will be standardized and streamlined when Workday goes live in July 2025.
