When Workday goes live at every UW System institution in July 2024, costing allocation assignments will be made in Workday. Costing allocations in Workday specify how an employee’s position will be funded and for how long. The virtual Workday Walkthrough on Thursday, September 14, 3‒4 p.m., How to Fund Positions in Workday, will provide an overview and demonstration of this functionality and will be of particular interest to anyone who enters funding in the Human Resources System (HRS). Workday Walkthroughs are an introduction to Workday; they are not training. Training will begin in 2024.
