November Forums to Update Employees on TTC Project
All UW–Madison employees are invited to attend an informational update on the Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project. New information will be shared, so those who have attended previous forums are encouraged to participate. The November Forums will provide an update on manager and employee engagement, and introduce the UW job library and new standard job descriptions. There will be time for questions and answers. Five sessions will be held at various campus locations during the week of November 11, and there will be an online forum on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Multilingual sessions will be offered in English, Spanish, Hmong, Tibetan, Mandarin, and Nepali. TTC is a campus-wide initiative to attract, reward and retain university employees by creating a market-informed pay and benefits structure.
