Pay Plan Increase Effective in January

In January, UW–Madison will provide a 2 percent wage increase to most employees under the 2021–2023 pay plan. All Academic Staff, Faculty, Limited, and University Staff are eligible to receive the pay plan increase (certain eligibility criteria apply). The 2 percent increase will be effective Jan. 1, 2023. Employees who have met the eligibility criteria will see the increase on their earnings statement for Jan. 26. Employees who are receiving the pay increase will receive a written communication informing them of their new pay rate.
