Register for a Health Screening on Campus
UW–Madison employees who are enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program can take advantage of on-campus health screenings. Measurements for blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol (HDL, LDL and total), triglycerides, and glucose will be provided. The screening takes approximately 20 minutes. To register for a health screening, log in or create a new account at wellwisconsin.staywell.com. Then, click on “Screenings” at the top of the page and search by zip code. Be sure to check back, as additional screenings will be scheduled. You can also check with your departmental Wellness Champion or HR contact.
