Reminder: Submit Leave Reports by June 30
Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees are required to submit monthly leave reports, whether or not leave is used. Employees must report leave as it is taken, or enter a “No Leave Taken” at the end of the month. Missing leave reports must be entered by June 30, 2022, for fiscal year July 2021 through June 2022. Failure to submit leave for fiscal year 2022 will result in a permanent reduction of sick leave hours. Employees with missing leave reports receive email notification and may also check for missing leave reports at any time in MyUW. Employees should ensure that they do not have any missing leave reports. June 30 is also the deadline for Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees to request a swap in the type of leave used to another type of leave. Employees with questions should contact the human resources department in their college, school, or division with questions.
