UW–Madison employees who have not yet completed the 2022 Staff Climate Survey are encouraged to do so by the May 3 deadline. Permanent academic staff, university staff, limited appointees who do not hold a faculty appointment, and post-docs received a link to the survey in an email on Tuesday, April 12 (search your email for “Staff Climate Survey”). The survey includes questions about workplace environment, work unit, relationship with one’s supervisor, remote work policy, and more, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The UW Survey Center is administering the survey. Responses are confidential and will never be shared in a way that could identify individual respondents.
