The 2022 Cybersecurity Awareness Training for all faculty and staff is now available. This annual training is mandatory; employees who do not complete the training will be deemed ineligible for pay adjustments and bonuses determined by their local schools, colleges, or divisions and ineligible for pay plan increases. The training must be completed by December 1, 2022.

There are two training options available: a video-based version, and a text-based version that is accessible for all people and available in six languages. The 2022 training is provided through Canvas and should take about 30 minutes to complete. The training does not need to be completed in one sitting. Users can return to the training to pick up where they left off and complete it at their convenience. Employees can retake the quiz until they pass.
