All UW employees who are paid monthly will be moving to a biweekly pay schedule beginning in July. UW System is hosting the final two virtual Town Halls for employees in May. A Town Hall will be held on Thursday, May 13, 4–5 p.m., specifically for those employees who are paid over 12 months. A final Town Hall on Monday, May 17, 1–2 p.m., is an open session for all employees paid monthly. Both sessions will include time for questions and answers. Employees will have online access to the presentation videos and slides after the events. Both UW–Madison and UW System offer a variety of helpful resources for employees, including payroll calendars, frequently asked questions, a preparation checklist, personal financial tips, and more.
