Road Construction Impacts on North Park and Walnut streets
Two new road construction projects will impact campus travel over the next 3–4 weeks. North Park Street at Observatory Drive near Memorial Union is reduced to one shared lane. Drivers must yield to oncoming traffic. Walnut Street is fully closed between Linden Drive and Observatory Drive. Traffic heading north will detour through two campus parking lots, while the southbound lane continues to be closed through the summer.
