Survey Seeks Employee Feedback on Administrative Services
UW–Madison employees — including faculty, staff, postdoctoral and graduate assistants — are encouraged to participate in the Administrative Quality Satisfaction Survey. This survey asks participants for feedback about their experience with eight categories of administrative services: communications, facilities, finance, general administration, human resources, information technology, research administration and student services. UW–Madison has partnered with HelioCampus, a third-party organization, to distribute the survey, support analysis, and keep responses confidential. Employees received an email from Provost Karl Scholz and Interim Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Rob Cramer via HelioCampus on February 3, with a link to complete the survey.
