Town Hall on Single Payroll for Employees with 12-Month Contracts
All UW System employees who are paid monthly—including UW–Madison employees—will be moved to a biweekly pay schedule beginning in July. Employees who are currently paid monthly over 12 months can refer to the Single Payroll timeline for information on how the transition will impact their payroll schedule. A virtual Town Hall will be hosted by UW System on Thursday, May 13, 4–5 p.m., specifically for those employees who are paid over 12 months. Advance registration is not required. The event will be recorded for viewing later on demand.
